Company
Workin Solutions: a French company connecting logistics systems to their field teams.
Workin Solutions is the trade name of Planz SAS. We build an operational control platform for logistics operations: workload / capacity gaps are detected, assessed and translated into decisions sent to field teams on their own phones, with no app to install.
Workin connects what your WMS, time & attendance and forecasts already know to execution on the floor, on one site or thirty. Your systems stay in place.

What Workin builds
An operational coordination layer between your systems and the field.
Workload and capacity gaps identified early
Forecast volumes, available hours and automated equipment throughput, by day, shift and role. Corrective actions compared by cost, decisions recorded.
BYOD with no install
Schedules, requests, instructions and operational decisions reach each team member on their own phone, within a controlled security framework.
Connected to the existing stack
Workin connects WMS, time & attendance / HRIS, forecasts, WCS / WES, CMMS and staffing agencies to the floor without replacing existing systems.
A team from warehouse operations and tech.
More than 35 years of combined operational experience in logistics environments.
Workin is backed by a team that has seen the cost of discovering workload / capacity gaps too late. When workload, available hours and disruptions change during the shift, spreadsheets and phone calls are no longer enough to act in time.
